Whereas Indexing examines data variables individually, modeling measures the interaction of all 1500+ variables to determine which combinations of data are the most statistically significant for your direct marketing campaign needs. The resulting algorithm, when applied to the Focus USA database, calculates and assigns a weighted score to each individual, based on the predictability of each to respond.
The modeled file is then sorted into 10 or 20 cells, ranging from high to low responsiveness according to the scores. Consumers who fall in the top ranking cells have the highest scores and most closely resemble your current customers.
